Mobilia creates historical surveys and maintenance plans for museum roads and bridges related to the heritage activities of the ELY Centre. The national responsibility for traditional road maintenance activities lies with the Pirkanmaa Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment (the ELY Centre).
